EVENTS REGULATIONS
The following persons have the right to enter the events organized by YU/ME Management.:
1. People at least 18 years old with a valid entry ticket to the event or or an invitation from the Event Organizer
2. Minors under 18 years of age who have a valid entry ticket to the event or an invitation from the Event Organizer accompanied by a legal guardian or who have written consent to participate in the event.
3. Minors under 16 years of age who have a valid entry ticket to the event or an invitation from the Event Organizer only accompanied by a legal guardian.
For events organized by YU/ME Management. are not allowed:
1. People under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
2. People behaving: rudely, vulgarly, in a way that is dangerous to others or violating generally accepted social norms.
3. People carrying weapons or other dangerous items.
4. People who were refused entry to the event by the Organizer. (The Organizer is not obliged to provide a reason for refusing entry).
IMAGE OF EVENT PARTICIPANTS
1. People participating in the event agree to the free dissemination of their image recorded during the event by YU/ME Management. for marketing purposes.
2. Consent is granted for an indefinite period and without territorial restrictions.
3. The consent also covers the dissemination of the image by third parties as part of broadcasting and public reproduction of marketing materials, reports and materials related to the event.
SAFETY RULES
1. Each event participant is obliged to read the event Regulations and comply with the provisions contained therein.
2. Event participants are obliged to behave in a way that does not threaten the safety of other people during concert / workshop.
3. Participants are obliged to strictly follow the instructions and instructions of the event organizer's security services and people responsible for the event.
4. The event participant is obliged to inform the organizer or security services about any fire, threat to life, human health or property noticed.
5. It is prohibited to bring into the club premises: alcoholic beverages and intoxicants, corrosive or pyrotechnic substances, gas spray containers, weapons and explosives, as well as other items and tools that may threaten the safety of event participants (If the items are questioned, when bringing them at the event site will be collected by security services and handed over to authorized authorities)
6. It is forbidden to start fires or destroy property.
7. It is prohibited to act or shout or promote content that provokes or incites disruption of order and security, that may constitute a source of conflict, or that is offensive or humiliating
to other people due to their gender, race, religion, age of belief or for any other reason.
8. It is prohibited to block any way exits and evacuation routes, access roads for rescue services as well as hydrants and other devices necessary in the event of rescue or fire-fighting operations.

- Throwing any objects during the event.
– Selling, advertising and canvassing as well as conducting fundraisers without the consent of the Event Organizer.
9. Persons who do not comply with the provisions of the above regulations and do not follow the instructions of the security and event organizer will be removed from the event or handed over to the Police.
10. In the event of any disputes not regulated by these regulations, decisions are made by the owner of the venue, if necessary in consultation with the Event Organizer.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but also necessary for:
– sale of tickets and other products.
Your personal data is not archived, processed or transferred to third parties.
The storage period of your personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is stored.
The period for which your personal data will be stored depends on the legal provisions that bind YU/ME Management. based in Warsaw, ul. Wolnej Wszechnicy 8, for their storage (e.g. Accounting Act).
